PAR has scheduled monthly maintenance on the server that hosts the Brink POS instance on 5/8 at 10:30 pm PST.

No downtime would be expected. No interruption to Brink services. We will notify you once the maintenance is complete.

Investigating - We are investigating reports of timeouts occurring while accessing Admin Portal tasks and reports in the evening (between 9pm and 1am EST). Our Engineering team is reviewing this issue with a high priority. In the interim, please know that you can access reports without any timeouts before 9pm EST or after 1am EST

Resolved - All phone services are currently back to normal operation. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - Our phone service provider has migration measures in place and we are starting to see recovery of our phone services. We will continue to monitor until they are restored to full working condition.
